…You were very kind and helpful and gave us a very clear understanding of what to expect if our Mum moved to Fairlie. We felt the home to be very welcoming and clean and the staff were all very friendly… We were so impressed by all the staff at Fairlie…The nurses were always kind and friendly when treating her. They always explained what they were doing and asked her if she was happy for them to do whatever they need to do… I would certainly recommend Fairlie House. Our Mum got all the specialist care that she needed at Fairlie by knowledgeable, kind staff. We are all very grateful.
I have visited many times and am always greeted with a smile…I have had contact with many of the residents and always find that they are being well looked after and are happy…I’ve always found the interactions between the residents and the staff to be friendly and in most cases like they are looking after family… I would highly recommend the accommodation, facilities and most importantly the staff at Highfield House. We are well aware of the efforts made to improve Michael’s quality of life and know he understands and realises how fortunate he is to have the excellent support the care team provides.
I don’t have enough words to thank you all for the love, support and care you have given to me, Paul and all our family. You are Fantastic!
To Janina (Mum No. 2). Thank you for all you do for me. Lots of Love, Daniel & Mum No. 1.
This is to express my gratitude and appreciation for the attention given to me by your care assistant Annet. She stayed with me all night until after the doctors round on Friday.
Please keep doing what you do. We and so many others appreciate your work at each and every level more than words can express. Thank you all for everything.
I would personally like to thank you and your wonderful team for caring and supporting Alison. She is always smart and has a great range of activities prepared for her which she has not had before, and your carers and activities team are so kind and thoughtful.
To Suzanne, Daisy and all the staff. We can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done for Simon. There were times when we never imagined we would be able to take him home, and the fact that we’re now able to is largely down to you all. And thank you too for the support you’ve given to Colin & myself. We were always made to feel welcome and Fairlie has been like a second home to us.
We wanted to pass on our heartfelt thanks to you and your fantastic team for Benji’s care over the past six years and four months. The dedication to his well-being was exemplary and most definitely best in class for care of the highest quality….Your wonderful management and staff made us feel a necessary part of the team, as well as honoured members of the ‘Fairlie family’… Yours is the gold standard which all such organisations should aspire to but few will ever achieve.
To all the wonderful nurses, carers, staff and kitchen crew and cleaners at Highfield House. I just wanted to say a HUGE and HEARTFELT thank you for all the care, help and support you gave Dougie over the last few months. He really appreciated it and was very fond of all you lovely care staff who came in and had a laugh with him throughout the day and night. I’m going to miss all your cheery smiley faces too!
I just wanted to say a personal thank you for the care and love which you have shown to David throughout his stay with you. I really cannot thank you enough for looking after him. I admire your dedication in what must be a very difficult job at times but rewarding too.
I would like to thank you for taking the time to show us around yesterday, we could see that Highfield House has amazing facilities and operates to very high standards. We also observed that every member of your team were very friendly and welcoming.
We can’t thank you enough for taking care of our Dad over the past 15 years. You all do such an amazing job, we will never forget the bond Dad had with you. Thank you for making us all so welcome and for loving him the way you do, we will be forever grateful.
I came to Highfield House in July 2019 after being involved in a serious RTA in June 2018, after a stay in Brighton / Princess Royal Bromley and Orpington Rehab Unit. When I arrived at Highfield house, I was assessed by the Physio Unit and was unable to stand up straight and only able to move holding a walking frame, which was very painful. I have multiple injuries to my back, shoulders and legs. The Physio team is amazing! I am now able to walk quite freely on my own. I can walk up and down three flights of stairs unaided and I am almost pain-free. I cannot recommend the nursing staff, carers and Physio, enough for work they put you through. I am now all set to go home this week which I thought would never happen.
I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff at the facility that has cared for my nephew during some off his darkest hours. Upon visiting the facilities, it has made me acutely aware of how precious life truly is. So once again I would like to extend my gratitude to staff at the facilities, keeping a loved one’s family member alive & making the likes of myself realise how precious life his.
Our gratitude goes out to all the Management and staff, most especially to all the carers who looked after my Mum who has stayed with you for almost 4years. Thank you so much for all your kindness, compassion and your continuous caring for her from the start until the very end of her life.
